I’m a certified Yoga Instructor and Transformative Coach based in Barcelona. Since 2011, I’ve tapped into the world of yoga, and I’ve been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. I then trained as a transformative coach to support people's thinking process in a way that serves them best. Everyone could use more awareness and self-compassion on their way to transformation, so I hope to see you soon.
